A REPORT OF A REVIEW by the Better Regulation Executive and the National Audit Office praises the Pensions Regulator for its pragmatic approach to regulation, in particular for the manner in which it has responded to difficult economic conditions. It also recognises the effectiveness of the regulator’s system for minimising risks.
